These terms apply between Baqtivoo (run by its founder as an individual business in Cairo, Egypt; "we") and the business that creates an account ("you"). By using Baqtivoo you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept for a business, you confirm you can bind it.
2. The service
Baqtivoo answers your customers with AI on the channels you connect (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and your website), recommends products from your catalog, records orders and support requests, and shows you conversations and analytics. We may improve or change features over time. During the pilot the service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Tell us at privacy@baqtivoo.com if you think your account was accessed without permission.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your products, prices, stock and store policies accurate. The assistant answers from the data you provide.
- Tell your customers they may be talking to an AI assistant, and give them your privacy information.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you connect (Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce) and the laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection and data-protection laws.
- Do not use Baqtivoo for spam, illegal or prohibited products, misleading offers, or to harm or harass anyone.
- Review orders and handle payment, delivery, returns and refunds with your customers. You are the seller.
5. AI replies
Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. You can see every conversation and take over at any time. You are responsible for the offers made to your customers and for checking orders before you fulfil them.
6. Your data
You own your store data and your customers' data. You allow us to use it only to provide, secure and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. When we process your customers' data, we do so on your behalf and following your instructions.
7. Fees
Fees are those of the plan you choose or that we agree in writing, in Egyptian pounds unless agreed otherwise. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, and each plan includes a monthly number of AI replies. If an invoice is not paid, we may suspend the service after notifying you. Pilot access may be free for a limited time.
8. Our property
Baqtivoo's software, design and brand belong to us. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to break the service or its security.
9. Ending the service
You may stop using Baqtivoo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, with notice when reasonable. After closure you can ask for an export of your data for 30 days; we then delete your account data within 90 days.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 14 days before important changes take effect. If you keep using Baqtivoo after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the courts of Cairo. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the English version applies.

1. الاتفاق
تنطبق هذه الشروط بين Baqtivoo (يديره مؤسسه كنشاط فردي في القاهرة، مصر، ويشار إليه بـ"نحن") والنشاط التجاري الذي ينشئ حسابًا ("أنت"). باستخدامك Baqtivoo فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا وافقت نيابةً عن نشاط تجاري، فأنت تؤكد أن لديك صلاحية إلزامه بها.
2. الخدمة
يرد Baqtivoo على عملائك بالذكاء الاصطناعي على القنوات التي تربطها (إنستجرام وماسنجر وواتساب وموقعك)، ويقترح منتجات من كتالوجك، ويسجل الطلبات وطلبات الدعم، ويعرض لك المحادثات والإحصائيات. قد نطوّر الميزات أو نغيّرها مع الوقت. خلال الفترة التجريبية تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي، دون ضمان لنسبة تشغيل معينة.
3. حسابك
- قدّم بيانات صحيحة وحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. أنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط يتم من حسابك.
- أبلغنا على privacy@baqtivoo.com إذا اعتقدت أن أحدًا دخل حسابك دون إذن.
4. مسؤولياتك
- حافظ على دقة المنتجات والأسعار والمخزون وسياسات المتجر، فالمساعد يرد من البيانات التي تقدمها.
- أبلغ عملاءك أنهم قد يتحدثون مع مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي، ووفّر لهم معلومات الخصوصية الخاصة بك.
- التزم بقواعد المنصات التي تربطها (ميتا وواتساب وShopify وWooCommerce) وبالقوانين التي تنطبق عليك، ومنها قوانين حماية المستهلك وحماية البيانات.
- لا تستخدم Baqtivoo في الرسائل المزعجة، أو المنتجات غير القانونية أو المحظورة، أو العروض المضللة، أو لإيذاء أي شخص أو مضايقته.
- راجع الطلبات وتعامل مع الدفع والتوصيل والاسترجاع ورد الأموال مع عملائك، فأنت البائع.
5. ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي
الردود تُكتب تلقائيًا وقد تكون خاطئة أو ناقصة. يمكنك رؤية كل محادثة والتدخل في أي وقت. أنت مسؤول عن العروض المقدمة لعملائك وعن مراجعة الطلبات قبل تنفيذها.
6. بياناتك
أنت تملك بيانات متجرك وبيانات عملائك. وتسمح لنا باستخدامها فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك وتأمينها وتحسينها، كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية. وعندما نعالج بيانات عملائك فإننا نفعل ذلك نيابةً عنك ووفق تعليماتك.
7. الرسوم
الرسوم هي رسوم الباقة التي تختارها أو ما نتفق عليه كتابةً، بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك. تُحصَّل رسوم الباقات المدفوعة شهريًا مقدمًا، وتشمل كل باقة عددًا شهريًا من ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي. إذا لم تُسدَّد فاتورة، يجوز لنا إيقاف الخدمة بعد إخطارك. قد تكون الفترة التجريبية مجانية لمدة محدودة.
8. ملكيتنا
برمجيات Baqtivoo وتصميمه وعلامته التجارية ملك لنا. لا يجوز لك نسخ الخدمة أو إعادة بيعها أو محاولة تفكيكها أو اختراقها أو تجاوز حمايتها.
9. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام Baqtivoo وإغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يعرّض الخدمة أو الآخرين للخطر، مع إخطارك متى كان ذلك معقولًا. بعد الإغلاق يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا، ثم نحذف بيانات حسابك خلال 90 يومًا.
10. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة مثل الأرباح أو المبيعات أو البيانات المفقودة، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية الرسوم التي دفعتها لنا خلال 3 أشهر قبل المطالبة. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحد من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحد منها قانونًا.
11. تعديل الشروط
نرسل لك بريدًا إلكترونيًا قبل 14 يومًا على الأقل من سريان أي تغيير مهم. واستمرارك في استخدام Baqtivoo بعد ذلك يعني تطبيق الشروط الجديدة.
12. القانون والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بأي نزاع. إذا اختلفت النسختان العربية والإنجليزية، تُطبَّق النسخة الإنجليزية.
