Baqtivoo answers customers on behalf of online stores. For the store you messaged we keep your messages (including voice-note transcripts and photo descriptions), the assistant's replies, and the orders and support requests you made in the chat (name, phone, address).
- Chats are deleted automatically 365 days after the last message.
- When you ask, your chats with that store are deleted. Orders and support requests stay in the store's records, but your name, phone number, address and notes are removed from them.
- Orders the store already sent to its own shop system (such as Shopify) and the chat in your WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger app are not stored by us. Ask the store, or delete the chat in the app.
How to ask
Email privacy@baqtivoo.com with:
- The store you messaged (its Instagram @handle, Facebook Page or WhatsApp number).
- Your WhatsApp number or Instagram / Facebook name used in the chat.
The store will confirm it is really you, usually by messaging you in the same chat, and your data is deleted within 30 days. We use these details only to find and delete your data.
If you are a merchant
Email privacy@baqtivoo.com from your account email to close your account. Your account data is deleted within 90 days; you can ask for an export first.
إذا راسلت متجرًا
Baqtivoo يرد على العملاء نيابةً عن المتاجر الإلكترونية. نحتفظ للمتجر الذي راسلته برسائلك (ومنها نص الرسائل الصوتية ووصف الصور)، وردود المساعد، والطلبات وطلبات الدعم التي قمت بها في المحادثة (الاسم والهاتف والعنوان).
- تُحذف المحادثات تلقائيًا بعد 365 يومًا من آخر رسالة.
- عند طلبك تُحذف محادثاتك مع هذا المتجر. تبقى الطلبات وطلبات الدعم في سجلات المتجر، لكن يُحذف منها اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك وملاحظاتك.
- الطلبات التي أرسلها المتجر إلى نظامه الخاص (مثل Shopify) والمحادثة الموجودة في تطبيق واتساب أو إنستجرام أو ماسنجر لديك لا نحتفظ بها نحن. اطلب ذلك من المتجر، أو احذف المحادثة من التطبيق.
كيف تطلب الحذف
راسلنا على privacy@baqtivoo.com واذكر:
- المتجر الذي راسلته (حساب إنستجرام أو صفحة فيسبوك أو رقم واتساب).
- رقم واتساب أو اسم حسابك على إنستجرام أو فيسبوك الذي استخدمته في المحادثة.
سيتأكد المتجر أنك صاحب الطلب، عادةً برسالة لك في نفس المحادثة، ثم تُحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا. نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط للعثور على بياناتك وحذفها.
إذا كنت تاجرًا
راسل privacy@baqtivoo.com من البريد المسجل في حسابك لإغلاق الحساب. تُحذف بيانات حسابك خلال 90 يومًا، ويمكنك طلب نسخة منها قبل ذلك.
